ALL YOUR FURNITURE.COM AND RETAIL WEB SERVICES ANNOUNCE LICENSE AGREEMENT, NEW PRODUCTS SUDBURY ONTARIO CANADA and PHEONIX ARIZONA USA, FEBRUARY 1, 2007 — Allyourfurniture.com a leading developer of retail consumer based website solutions for the Furniture Industry, and Retailer Web Services a leading provider of e-commerce software solutions for retailers of major household appliance and consumer electronics, today announced a license agreement under which All Your Furniture.com will make use of advanced technology developed by Retailer Web Services to design, host and maintain a new generation of websites for independent appliance, electronics, furniture and outdoor power retailers.

Under the terms of the agreement, All Your Retail.com will market, design, support and host web sites for for independent appliance, electronics, furniture and outdoor power retailers using technology created by Retailer Web Services.

This agreement will leverage the competitive advantages of these two companies to deliver an innovative suite of products that will allow the independent retailer to compete online.
